Point Center Financial, Inc. is a private money (hard money) lender providing commercial real estate financing solutions for mortgage brokers and borrowers who need speed, flexibility and dependable service from qualified professionals.  Since 1979, we have been funding hard-to-place loans in major metropolitan and suburban areas in the Western United States.

The loans are packaged, underwritten, and sold  to private investors and institutional lenders as asset-backed securities, typically fractionalized first trust deeds. Investors who purchase these loan investment products become secured lenders, who, along with other investors, fund each loan.  In return, investors earn a yield starting at 9% to 11% per annum.

Point Center Financial, Inc. procures, originates, underwrites, and services all of its investment products through the entire life of the loan.
