Point Center represents private investors that fund loans secured by First Trust Deeds
on property in California only.
We consider short term real estate loans on a case-by-case basis on behalf of our investors for the following property types*:

- Gasoline Service Stations

We also may consider business purpose loans secured by one to four non-owner occupied residential
units on a case-by-case basis.
This loan has simple interest payable on a monthly basis with a balloon payment due at maturity; interest rates are fixed for the life of the loan.
This loan is amortized over a long term such as 25 or 30 years but has a short term maturity date such as 5 years; interest rates are typically fixed for the life of the loan.
This loan is secured by the pledge of a borrower's beneficial interest in a third party Note and Deed of Trust executed in the borrower's favor.
Point Center arranges short term bridge loans. Loan terms include: 12 months (or less), 2 years, 3 years, and on occasion, 5 years.
Security may also include the use of various additional collateral sources such as cross-collateralization of multiple properties,
personal guarantees, irrevocable letters of credit, assignments of CD's, assignments of stock, and UCC1 filings.
