Point Center typically requires locations to have a minimum of 25,000 people residing with a 10 mile radius of the subject property. Comparable properties should also be within 10 miles of the subject property. All locations should have police and fire protection available as well as convenient access to employment centers, hospitals, schools, libraries, shopping and transit systems.

A minimum of 20% cash investment is required from the borrower for all transactions; however, seller carry backs or subordinate financing up to Point Center's maximum LTV may be substituted. For example, 20% cash down, 20% seller carry-back, 60% loan.
