Fixed Interest Loans
The interest rate is fixed for the life of the loan.

This loan has simple interest payable on a monthly
basis with a balloon payment due at maturity.

Discounted Notes
Point Center will purchase third party Notes secured
by Deeds of Trust at a discounted price.

Stage Funded Loans
Stage Funded Loans give the borrower the flexibility
of partially funding the loan at origination with the
remaining loan proceeds funded in increments based
upon a funding schedule.

Note Hypothecations
This loan is secured by the borrower’s pledge of a
third party’s Note and Deed of Trust executed in the
borrower’s favor. |
