to Aliso Viejo, California. The corporate office and print production facility are now under one roof.

Point Center recently exhibited at the California Association of Mortgage
Brokers Annual Convention and Grand Expo in Long Beach, California. This event is
one of the largest gatherings in the Western region of mortgage brokers and exhibitors.
Approximately 3,500 participants engaged in educational sessions, networking, and
social events. The event was a huge success.

Investor Open House and Barbeque
Point Center hosted its first annual open house event for investors, prospective
investors, and their guests. Over 350 guests were in attendance to meet the Point
Center staff and tour the new Print Production Facility. Thank you to those who
participated and made this event an enjoyable afternoon.

Point Center opens their new Production Facility in Aliso Viejo!

| Point Center prints and produces most of their own material in-house so to that end, the company is proud to announce that it has just opened their new Print Production Facility at 7 Argonaut, Aliso Viejo, California. This facility houses all of the new state of the art digital printing equipment and bindery machines used to produce all of the company's materials. Point Center's capacity has increased ten-fold while quality capabilities have increased dramatically! |
